Join us in a beautiful garden in the city center, enjoy an eclectic brunch featuring the best of Italian ingredients with an American twist, and sample some of the best wines by Schola Sarmenti, an old and prestigious Apulian winemaker, as well as other distinguished local producers. Each event will feature a selection of prime vintages, primed with home-made recipes planned to enhance your taste experience.
The brunch menu will feature pancakes with seasonal fruit, French toast made with Italian bread, seasonal vegetable omelets, homemade crostata, the characteristic Leccese Pasticciotti, eggs Benedict, and more.
Wine tastings will follow, with a prestigious selection of Apulian reds, whites, and roses.
