Our Policies

 PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Non-refundable deposit: We require a €500 non-refundable deposit to hold your stay. This is due to complete your reservation request.

• Payment is required in full 30 days prior to your stay. If you choose to pay in full prior to that we offer a 10% discount as a thank you.

• Add ons and amenities: You can purchase additional services during your stay at The Aia. These can be purchased in advance or paid for at checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 30 days before your stay. If you need to cancel your reservation during that time you can receive a full refund (minus your €500 non-refundable deposit).

If you need to cancel your change or reservation within 30 days of your stay we will not be able to issue a refund.
